How to recycle

When you start to feel your blade drag, it's time to switch it out. This generally happens anywhere between 4 and 7 shaves.

Simply, twist your razors handle to open the head. Carefully remove the blade and slide it through the slot of your Blade Bank.

This should hold anywhere up to 100 blades. When it's full, pop it in the household recycling (always double check with your local council on the recycling policies in your area).

This razor & stand are both made with a solid brass core and a black plated outer.

Four You

Goodbye expensive disposable razors and nasty ingrown hairs. The one razor will last a lifetime and it's easier on your skin.

Keep your skin happy and healthy with this plastic-free razor. It's fully made of metal, including a textured handle, which means it gives you a comfortable grip for excellent control. This two-sided razor features single-blade shaving for close shaves with less irritation and no ingrown hairs.

Keep your safety razor dry and cool with the Razor Stand. Designed to fit your Lane 44 razor, this stand will help extend the life of your blade by allowing it to properly dry after shaving.

Four the Planet

Disposable razors are made of a mixture of plastic and metal, meaning they’re costly and difficult to recycle effectively, so they end up clogging up landfill instead.

In fact, over 2 billion of the things are thrown away every year. And it's not just the razor itself that can't be recycled; replacement blades are also encased in plastic, meaning they’re difficult to recycle too.

Many people today are becoming more environmentally conscious when it comes to the products they use on a daily basis. When it comes to shaving, buying disposable plastic razors is not very eco-friendly. Plastic free razors are an alternative way to shave that is safe, inexpensive and environmentally friendly.

How to Use

1. Turn the razor upside down and place flush against your skin. Gently roll back about 30 degrees to position the blade at the right angle for shaving.
2. Don't press down. Let the weight of the razor apply the pressure.
3. Gently glide the razor across your skin to begin picking up hairs.
4. Top Tip: Pull the skin tight in trickier areas such as knees, ankles and armpits and use short, gentle strokes.

Use With Vegan Shaving Cream

If you experience excessive dried out skin or rashes that appear after each shave, your shaving gel or conditioner might not be sufficient.

Every time you shave, some moisture is taken away from your skin. Natural moisture is extremely important for healthy, smooth skin.

Unlike other shaving creams, our vegan formula adds in Vitamin E & natural extracts to help hydrate and soothe the skin as you shave. It smooths, moisturises and protects the skin’s surface from razor bumps and ingrown hairs, and is free from any scary chemicals or irritants.

The cream acts as a moisture barrier that keeps your skin from drying out, so we can have incredibly soft and smooth skin even after shaving.
